Weekly Classes

Our weekly classes operate during term time and are strictly limited to 15 pupils per class. 

Weekly Classes

Classes are just £6 per 45 minute session (£5 for Greenvale students) or £8 per hour session and are charged on a termly basis. 

Animal Ranger

This program is specifically designed for anyone interested in becoming a zookeeper or with a love of animals. Each week, pupils will look after and care for the animals, from food preparation, to cleaning and enrichment.

Aspiring Vets

This program is designed for anyone interested in becoming a vet or veterinary nurse. Each week, pupils will learn how to do basic health checks as well as trimming nails and giving basic medicines.

Amazing Attenborough

 This program focuses on students interested in developing their animal presentational skills. Each week, students will work on all aspects of animal presentations, from their own wildlife documentaries to giving talks.

This program focuses on food preparation and feeding the animals. Rangers must ensure all diets are carefully prepared and administered.

Animal Adventures

New for 2020!

This program is designed for preschool age pupils and one accompanying adult. Rangers get to explore and learn more about animals in this class.

Animal Training

New for 2020! 

Exclusively for 16-18 year olds, this program enables Rangers to train our animals in areas beneficial to their husbandry and health. Rangers will work on creating and implementing training programmes.

What to bring

  • A coat is always worth having as we are outside a lot.

  • Wellies or outdoor boots as it can get muddy

Trial Classes

We can offer you your first class as a one off trial, paid at the standard weekly rate. This allows the chance to make sure you love the class before committing to the whole term.   

Booking

Our classes are booked and paid as a whole term block.

We hold our pupils to the highest of standards and as such, we reserve the right to exclude any pupil who is not respectful to the animals, their peers or their teachers. Pupils who are not respectful will be asked to leave the program and will not be refunded for classes missed.
