Our Sustainable Practices at The ARC Centre

At The ARC Centre, sustainability is at the forefront of our mission. Sustainability is at the heart of what we do. We want to educate people to help protect our world and we believe that we must lead by example. 

 

Our commitment.

We are dedicated to reduce, reuse and recycle where ever possible, including using various recycling whilst making enrichment for our animals! We love to take donations of cardboard boxes, and natural insulation fleeces too. We use the natural insulation fleeces as extra bedding/insulation material during winter, as well as providing a soft fluffy lining for animals in their carry cases when going to the vets.  

 

We also aim to achieve solar electricity goals, showing our dedication to renewable energy. Through education and action, we inspire individuals and communities to join us in making a positive environmental impact. By implementing rainwater harvesting and other sustainable solutions, we lead by example and encourage others to protect our planet.
