Service Description

This programme is designed for 5 - 16 year olds. Our 5-11 pupils stay with a member of staff and are guided around the centre whilst completing their jobs. Our 11 - 16 pupils (depending on numbers) will have their own jobs to do and are trusted to go around the centre to complete their work whilst checking in with their member of staff. There is an element of working in the same space (but more advanced tasks) as the Junior group. We do ask that for anyone that feels comfortable (age 5+) to please continue to wear a face mask in our rainforest, to help protect our primates not only from covid-19 but also from coughs and colds. They have been shielded during the pandemic and we are trying to slowly ease them back to normality, without risking their health. During our home education programme, we focus on learning about fauna and flora of the world through a range of hands on practical tasks as well as focusing on specific animals. Only £50 for 5 hours or £20 for 2, we also offer discounts on multiple sessions booked! Please book a payment plan to use the discount instead.

Cancellation Policy

For weekly classes, refunds or rescheduling for missing a class is not available. For experiences, holiday club, ad hoc or private bookings: To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. If you cancel or miss an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, it will not be refunded. Equally, if you are late to an appointment, unfortunately we will not be able to run late to accommodate.
