Guided Tour and Feed

Service Description

Have an in depth guided tour of the centre with an expert ranger answering all of your questions. In this experience you will also join our rangers in giving each animal a scatter feed from outside their enclosure. Up to 6 participants are included in the price of this experience (extra participants can be added). The ARC Centre isn't open for public admission. This is mainly because we pride ourselves on being a centre for education above all else. As such, we offer personal guided tours to give each and every visitor the best educational experience possible. The tour of our centre lasts approximately 30 minutes and gives you the opportunity to see each of our animals in their enclosures. Our chicken and goats free roam the centre so you may well get to meet these animals up close. Terms and Conditions The ARC Centre reserves the right to cancel any visit within 24 hours due to animal welfare. They will however rearrange the booking for as soon as is possible. During the session, the lead ARC ranger has the discretion to exclude anyone that they deem to be endangering themselves or the animals.

Cancellation Policy

For weekly classes, refunds or rescheduling for missing a class is not available. For experiences, holiday club, ad hoc or private bookings: To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. If you cancel or miss an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, it will not be refunded. Equally, if you are late to an appointment, unfortunately we will not be able to run late to accommodate.
