Service Description
This programme is open to all! Each participant booked includes one free adult. Come along and join us in looking after our range of exotic and domestic animals! Ever wondered what your child gets up to during our weekly classes or holiday club? Now's the chance to join in the fun! Activities include feeding, cleaning, changing drinking waters, making enrichment, meeting the animals and more! Please note: you will need to bring a packed lunch with you. We do not have facilities to buy or make food on site. You are welcome to pop off site to collect lunch if you would prefer.
Cancellation Policy
For weekly classes, refunds or rescheduling for missing a class is not available. For experiences, holiday club, ad hoc or private bookings: To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. If you cancel or miss an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, it will not be refunded. Equally, if you are late to an appointment, unfortunately we will not be able to run late to accommodate.
