Service Description
Try something new week 2025! Interested in trying something new? We have a huge variety of classes available for people to try at a discounted price. Animal Rangers is perfect for animal lovers! Rangers will feed the animals, and complete an animal husbandry task, such as cleaning, creating enrichment, and get to meet our animals up close and personal too.
Cancellation Policy
For weekly classes, refunds or rescheduling for missing a class is not available. For experiences, holiday club, ad hoc or private bookings: To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. If you cancel or miss an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, it will not be refunded. Equally, if you are late to an appointment, unfortunately we will not be able to run late to accommodate.
