Holiday Club

Service Description

Come along and look after the animals for the day! Our session varies daily and runs from 08:30 - 16:30. Social distancing will be followed. This is for 5 - 11 year olds. We do ask that for anyone that feels comfortable (age 5+) to please continue to wear a face mask in our rainforest, to help protect our primates not only from covid-19 but also from coughs and colds. They have been shielded during the pandemic and we are trying to slowly ease them back to normality, without risking their health. Rangers also need to bring their own packed lunch.

Cancellation Policy

For weekly classes, refunds or rescheduling for missing a class is not available. For experiences, holiday club, ad hoc or private bookings: To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. If you cancel or miss an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, it will not be refunded. Equally, if you are late to an appointment, unfortunately we will not be able to run late to accommodate.
