Service Description
Winter Term 1 | 7 week term w/c 2nd September - w/c 14th October We collect the children after school from their classrooms and bring them round to the ARC. Please provide a small snack for your child/ren to eat during the gap between school finishing and the class starting. You will need to collect your child from The ARC Centre at 16:15. Please note - if you are booking part way through a term, we do try to keep the prices updated to reflect the sessions left in the term. However, if you have any queries about this, please do get in contact!
Cancellation Policy
For weekly classes, refunds or rescheduling for missing a class is not available. For experiences, holiday club, ad hoc or private bookings: To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. If you cancel or miss an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, it will not be refunded. Equally, if you are late to an appointment, unfortunately we will not be able to run late to accommodate.
